The list price for these businesses was a 3x multiple which is down 0.8x from our last report which had a 3.8x multiple.

  • The median multiple margin was lower this week at 23%
  • 60% had diversified sales channels

The median multiple for these listings was a 3.9x which is up 0.5x from last week.

  • Largest deal of the week $31MM in revenue had no Asking Price disclosed
  • 40% were in the Home & Kitchen niche.
  • The median multiple margin was 25%.
  • 60% had Amazon as their only sales channel.

All the multiples were in the 3x range (3 – 3.7x) with the median multiple for these listings being a realistic 3.4x.
