This week we found eight sold Amazon FBA businesses and four pending sales totalling $13MM, of which the largest listing was one of ours listed at $10MM. It was under offer last week and we’re excited to get it closed soon. The median multiple of the sold listings was 2.5x of annual net profit.
There were two delisted businesses found this week and eleven listings that were no longer available (either sold or delisted), with a total list price value of $3.8MM.
In total (sold, pending, delisted & unknown) that takes $16.8MM in listings off the marketplace this week.
New Amazon FBA Listings
9 listings came to market this week, ranging from $79K-$17.3MM. Interestingly, the biggest listing was a whopping $17.3MM dollars which makes it our fifth largest active listing.
The median list price multiple is up this week to 3.2x annual net profit. The median multiple for business under the $500K price point was 2.4x. Whereas, the median multiple for business above $1MM price point was 3.6x.

This week we found one sold Amazon FBA business and no pending sales totalling $82K. The median multiple of the sold listings was 1.8x of annual net profit.
There were no delisted businesses found this week and six listings that were no longer available (either sold or delisted), with a total list price value of $19.5MM.
In total (sold, pending, delisted & unknown) that takes $19.6MM in listings off the marketplace this week.
New Amazon FBA Listings
17 listings came to market this week, ranging from $28K-$2.2MM. Interestingly, over 50% of this week’s listings were under the $500K price point.
The median list price multiple is slightly up this week to 2.8x annual net profit. The median multiple for business under the $500K price point was 2.5x. Whereas, the median multiple for business above $1MM price point was 3.3x.

6 listings came to market this week, ranging from $15K-$867K. Interestingly, of the six businesses there was a reasonably high median margin of 32%.
There were two delisted businesses found this week and eleven listings that were no longer available (either sold or delisted), with a total list price value of $10.5MM.
In total (sold, pending, delisted & unknown) that takes $14.1MM in listings off the marketplace this week.
New Amazon FBA Listings
6 listings came to market this week, ranging from $15K-$867K. Interestingly, of the six businesses there was a reasonably high median margin of 32%.
The median list price stayed the same this week at 2.5x annual net profit. The median multiple for business under the $500K price point was 2.5x and there were no listings over the million dollar price point.

There was one delisted business found this week and six listings that were no longer available (either sold or delisted), with a total list price value of $10.5MM.
In total (sold, pending, delisted & unknown) that takes $11.5MM in listings off the marketplace this week.
New Amazon FBA Listings
A whopping 23 listings came to market this week, ranging from $36K-$1.95MM. Of the new listings 78% of the businesses are under the $500K price point.
The median list price decreased this week due to all those smaller listings to 2.5x annual net profit from 3.3x last week. The median multiple for business under the $500K price point was 2.5x. Whereas, the median multiple for the business above $1MM price point was 3.3x.

This week we found three sold Amazon FBA businesses and eight pending sales totaling $26.4MM. The median multiple of the sold listings was 3.4x of annual net profit.
There were no delisted businesses found this week but eight listings that were no longer available (either sold or delisted), with a total list price value of $4.4MM.
In total (sold, pending, delisted & unknown) that takes $30.8MM in listings off the marketplace this week.
New Amazon FBA Listings
Ten listings came to market this week, ranging from $150K-50MM, which is now the largest Amazon FBA consumer brands business available for sale that we’re tracking.
The median list price stayed the same this week at 3.3x annual net profit. The median multiple for business under the $500K price point was 2.5x. Whereas, the median multiple for the business above $1MM price point was 4.8x as that new huge $50MM listings is pushing a 5.4x multiple on its own.

In total (sold, pending, delisted & unknown) that takes $8.8MM in listings off the marketplace this week.
New Amazon FBA Listings
Thirteen listings came to market this week, ranging from $14K – 1.1MM. Interestingly, there is a huge disparity in margins amongst the listings from as low as 7% to as high as 61%… if their financials are right of course.
The median list price stayed the same this week at 3.3x annual net profit. The median multiple for business under the $500K price point was 2.7x. Whereas, the median multiple for the business above $1MM price point was 3.7x.
