MWM: 3 Sold for $2.4M, 12 New Listings

Here’s what happened in FBA business sales this week…

Sold Amazon FBA Listings

This week we found three sold Amazon FBA businesses and no pending sales totaling $2.4MM. The median multiple of the sold listings was 2.5x of annual net profit, which is up from last weeks 2.3x.

There were three delisted business found this week and two listings that were no longer available (either sold or delisted), with a total list price value of $422K.

In total (sold, pending, delisted & unknown) that takes $2.8MM in listings off the marketplace this week.

New Amazon FBA Listings

Twelve new listings came to market this week, ranging from $5.5K – 8.2MM. Interestingly, a quarter of this week’s listings are over the $4MM price point.


The median list price multiple is up this week to 2.5x annual net profit. The median multiple for business under the $500K price point was 1.8x. Whereas, the median multiple for business above $1MM price point was 4x which is unsurprising considering the 3 business for sale are actually all above $4MM+.
